Los Hermanos Flores, also known as Orquesta de los Hermanos Flores, is the most prestigious musical group in El Salvador's history. Founded in 1962 in San Vicente by Don Andrés Rodríguez, the cumbia orchestra grew to include all ten of his children: Jose Angel, Antonio, Arnoldo, Tito, Andrés, Nena, Paco, Maribel, Nory, and Toly. Their signature sound blends cumbia with jazz and orchestral arrangements. After recording their debut album "La Bala" in 1970, they achieved international recognition across Central America and Mexico. Known for iconic tracks like "La Bala," "Enferma," and "La Secretaria," the group has completed over 200 tours in the United States alone, performing across Canada, Mexico, Central America, Australia, and Europe. They have released 36 long-playing records and more than 20 special albums, earning platinum, gold, and silver certifications.
