Account information such as your user ID, username, name, email address, phone number when used for sign-in, profile photo, profile details, and linked music or social profile fields you choose to add.

Festival planning information such as saved festivals, schedules, favorites, group membership, invites, comments, reactions, and other content you create in the app.

Images and media you upload, including profile photos, group images, and any related file metadata needed to store, display, moderate, and secure those uploads.

Support and safety information you send through feedback, reports, support requests, and related diagnostics such as app version, device model, operating system, locale, timezone, route context, network state, IP address, and user agent.

How we use information

We use this information to operate FestiPlannr, authenticate accounts, sync schedules, show profile and group features, deliver invites, process feedback and safety reports, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

Service providers

We use service providers for authentication, database hosting, media storage, app delivery, issue triage, analytics or diagnostics, and operational infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to FestiPlannr.

User content and safety

Some profile, group, comment, reaction, and invite information may be visible to other signed-in users depending on the feature you use. Safety reports and feedback are reviewed for moderation, abuse prevention, and support.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes your profile and associated account data, deletes or transfers group ownership where required for group continuity, and requests deletion of owned account media.

Your choices

You can update profile information in the app, leave groups, block users, report content, and delete your account. You can also contact us through the contact page for privacy or support requests.
