English rock band formed in Abingdon, Oxfordshire in 1985. Members are Thom Yorke (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Jonny Greenwood (guitar, keyboards), Colin Greenwood (bass), Ed O'Brien (guitar, backing vocals), and Philip Selway (drums). Originally called On a Friday, they renamed to Radiohead in 1991 after a Talking Heads song. Their debut single "Creep" (1993) was a worldwide hit, but they are best known for the landmark albums OK Computer (1997), Kid A (2000), and In Rainbows (2007). Their music spans alternative rock, art rock, electronic, and experimental rock. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019. Nine studio albums from Pablo Honey (1993) to A Moon Shaped Pool (2016).
