Using FestiPlannr

You may use FestiPlannr only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Content and conduct

You are responsible for the profile details, groups, comments, reactions, images, feedback, reports, and other content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, spam, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, block media, or take other action when needed to operate the service, enforce these terms, respond to reports, or protect users and the platform.

Festival information

Festival lineups, set times, schedules, maps, and related information can change. FestiPlannr is a planning tool and does not guarantee that festival information is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm critical information with the official festival or venue.

Third-party services

FestiPlannr may link to or integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, media hosting, music services, stores, maps, websites, and social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes your profile and associated account data, deletes or transfers group ownership where required for group continuity, and requests deletion of owned account media.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of FestiPlannr as we improve the service, respond to operational needs, or comply with legal requirements.

Disclaimers and limits

FestiPlannr is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
