American punk rock band formed in Torrance, California in 2008. Founded by Barry Johnson and Chase Knobbe after a conversation in the Disneyland parking lot, the band named themselves after an apartment complex near Johnson's home. Known for concise, explosive songs blending power pop, pop punk, and emo, Joyce Manor gained a devoted following through Tumblr and house shows before signing to Epitaph Records. Their discography spans from 2011's self-titled debut through 2026's I Used to Go to This Bar, produced by Bad Religion's Brett Gurewitz.
