Hayden Silas Anhedonia, known professionally as Ethel Cain, is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, and model from Perry, Florida. Known for her ambient, Southern Gothic-influenced sound, she released her acclaimed debut album Preacher's Daughter in 2022, which later debuted at number ten on the US Billboard 200, making her the first transgender artist to reach the top ten.
