Brooklyn-born DJ and producer who became one of Chicago's most respected house music selectors. Starting at the Artful Dodger, she progressed through Red Dog and Gramaphone Records, evolving from hip-hop into a genre-bending house style that blends jazz, soul, R&B, disco, and rare groove. A founding member of Superjane, the first all-female DJ collective in the US (1997), she is a longtime Smartbar resident, head of Blackcherry Recordings, and partner at Apollo Music 312.
