bbno$ (pronounced 'baby no money') is a Canadian rapper, singer, and songwriter born Alexander Leon Gumuchian on June 30, 1995, in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is best known for his viral 2019 single 'Lalala' (feat. Y2K), which surpassed 1 billion streams worldwide, and his 2021 hit 'Edamame' (feat. Rich Brian). He has described his own style as 'oxymoronic rap' — 'ignorant but melodic' — blending hip-hop, R&B, and electronic influences, and in 2025 won the Juno Fan Choice Award.
