Marea Renee Stamper (born October 22, 1977), known as The Blessed Madonna (formerly The Black Madonna), is an American DJ, producer, and label owner. Born in Kentucky and now based in London, she is revered for her rapturous fusions of house, techno, disco, and electro. She rose through Chicagos underground scene as a resident DJ at Smartbar and spearheaded the Daphne Festival spotlighting women and non-binary DJs. Mixmag named her DJ of the Year in 2016. She founded the label We Still Believe and co-produced Dua Lipas 2020 remix album Club Future Nostalgia, including the hit Levitating remix featuring Madonna and Missy Elliott.
