Spiritual Cramp is an American punk rock band formed in San Francisco in 2017 by vocalist Michael Bingham and bassist Mike Fenton after leaving their previous band Creative Adult. Named after a Christian Death song, the band blends classic punk, new wave, post-punk, reggae, and 90s alternative influences drawing from The Clash, Blitz, and The Modern Lovers. They are part of the California coast hardcore scene alongside Drain, Militarie Gun, Scowl, and Zulu. Their debut EP Mass Hysteria (2017) led to a deal with Blue Grape Music, and their 2023 self-titled album and 2025 LP RUDE (produced by John Congleton) marked the start of a new era for the band.
