Toronto-born electronic music producer and DJ Frank Walker rose to prominence in the mid-2010s with his euphoric, vocal-driven tracks blending progressive house, dance-pop, and melodic influences. Inspired by Tiësto's 2004 Olympics set and artists like Robert Miles and Armin Van Buuren, he established himself in the Toronto club scene before connecting with Kygo's manager Myles Shear in 2014. His catalog has surpassed 500 million global streams, with hits including "Like Gold," "Only When It Rains" (a Juno Award nominee with Astrid S), and "I Go Dancing" featuring Ella Henderson. He released his debut studio album Origin in 2024, a callback to the golden era of progressive house.
