Ryan Michael Smith, known as Chibs, is an Australian-born dubstep and riddim producer and DJ based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. A co-founder of the Nang Gang collective, he has released on labels including Disciple, Buygore Records, and Never Say Die: Black Label, with EPs such as Flow Like and Pentagon. Known for raw energy and intricate sound design, he has collaborated with artists like Barely Alive, Virus Syndicate, and Midnight Tyrannosaurus.
