Matthew Austin Lucas (born October 26, 1995), known as PEEKABOO, is an American dubstep and freeform bass producer from Detroit, Michigan. Raised in a musical family with his father playing trumpet for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, he began producing electronic music in high school after being inspired by Skrillex. Known for his signature 140 BPM bass drops and whimsical sound design, he has collaborated with Skrillex, Bassnectar, Zeds Dead, and G-Rex. His debut album Eyes Wide Open was released in 2023.
