Damian Higgins, known as Dieselboy, is an American drum and bass DJ and producer from Tarpon Springs, Florida, now based in Brooklyn, New York. The son of singer Bertie Higgins, he became a pioneering force in North American drum and bass, becoming the first DnB artist to chart on Billboard's dance chart with "Invid" in 2000 and the first American voted into Drum & Bass Arena's Top 10 DJs poll in 2004. He founded Human Imprint, one of North America's most prolific DnB labels, and co-founded dubstep/electro label SubHuman, both under the Planet Human umbrella. Known for high-voltage, take-no-prisoners sets, he has performed at Coachella, Ultra Music Festival, and Electric Daisy Carnival.
