Where is the festival?
The Concourse Project, 8509 Burleson Road, Austin, TX 78719, by the south terminal of Austin-Bergstrom Airport.
How do I get my wristband?
Wristbands are not mailed. Pick them up at the on-site box office with valid ID, your ticket QR code and a credit or debit card.
Are wristbands replaceable?
No. Lost wristbands are not replaced.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, through the ticketing system's friends and family transfer.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All tickets are final sale, including if the lineup or format changes.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
Not guaranteed; if a day sells out, no tickets are sold on site.
What does VIP include?
VIP lanes at the box office and entrance, VIP viewing areas, a VIP lounge with its own bar and VIP restrooms.
