- No re-entry or ins and outs. Unscanned tickets are accepted until one hour before close.

How many tickets can I buy?
Four per person.
Can I transfer my ticket?
You can buy for friends, but tickets cannot be transferred once scanned.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, inside near the Pulse stage and outside next to the box office; after the event items move off site and can be claimed online.
Are lockers available?
Yes, lockers with a universal phone charger can be rented, with unlimited locker access on both days.
Can I use a foreign ID?
A foreign passport works alone; a foreign driver's license needs a photocopy of your passport and is not valid for the 21+ wristband.
What is the camera policy?
Fixed-lens cameras and handheld video devices under 6 in need no photo pass; professional cameras are not allowed.
