Are tickets transferable or refundable?
Tickets are digital and transferable through Ticketmaster. All sales are final, including for artist cancellations.
Can a 2-day pass be split between two people?
No, 2-day passes cannot be split.
Are there lockers or a coat check?
Lockers are available on site, with one free for GA+, VIP, Ultimate VIP and Stinger VIP holders. There is no coat check.
What ID is accepted?
Valid government-issued photo ID with date of birth, such as a driver's license or passport. School IDs, birth certificates, expired IDs and photocopies are not accepted.
Is there a lost and found?
Visit the on-site Lost & Found kiosk or email information@hijinxfest.com.
Is there medical help on site?
Medical stations and emergency personnel are on site during operating hours.
