How do I get my wristband?

Orders placed by October 9 were shipped. Later orders pick up at the Aloft Austin Airport on October 28 and 29 from 12:00 to 20:00, or at the venue box office from 14:00 to 23:00 on show days, with photo ID and order.

Can I resell or transfer my ticket?

Freaky Deaky's official resale partner is Tixel. If a shipped wristband sells there, the old wristband is deactivated and the buyer gets a new one.

Does the festival happen in the rain?

Yes, it runs rain or shine except in life-threatening weather.

What happens at security?

Everyone gets a TSA-style screening including emptied pockets and bags, a full pat-down and possibly removing shoes; police and K9 units work the event.

Can I rent a locker?

Yes. Lockers are about 8 x 11 x 17 in, with optional phone charging; redeem your purchase with ID at the locker station inside.

Are there costume rules?

Costumes must be easily removable and you must be recognizable from your ID. No weapons, handcuffs, chains, whips, glass masks, gas masks or batteries larger than AA.

Is merch shipped before the festival?

No. Bring your merchandise ticket and photo ID to the official merch booth on site.

Can I bring food for a medical diet?
