Where is the festival?
Barceló Riviera Maya Resort, Chetumal-Cancún Puerto Juárez Km 266.3, Xpu-Ha, 77750 Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Can I attend without a hotel package?
No. Your hotel package is your festival ticket; there are no day passes and outside guests are not admitted.
What is included in a package?
A room, all-inclusive food and drinks, all music events and transport to and from Cancun airport. Restaurant and bar access depends on your tower.
When is festival check-in?
Check-in opens at 08:00 on Friday and check-out is 12:00 on Monday. Wristbands double as room keys and must be worn at all times.
Can I change names on my room?
Name changes after October 6 cost $150 and are requested through the contact form.
How many rooms can one card book?
Up to two rooms per credit card.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. The lead booker pays a 10% deposit then equal monthly payments, or splits the balance across up to four cards.
Can I add extra nights?
Yes, up to three pre-nights or post-nights, all-inclusive. Nights booked outside the festival require checking out and back in.
Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. Buyers get a full refund if the festival is cancelled, or if it is rescheduled and they cannot attend the new dates.
Do I need an outlet adapter or local currency?
No. Outlets are US format and the resorts accept US currency.
