What are the event hours?
13:00 to 00:00 each day.
Is re-entry allowed?
No. You can enter with an unscanned ticket until one hour before the event ends.
How many tickets can I buy?
Four per person.
What if I bought VIP and I'm under 21?
VIP and enhanced passes are 21+. There are no refunds, but you can exchange for a GA pass through Front Gate Tickets or the box office.
Can a friend use my ticket for a day I can't attend?
No. Tickets are non-transferable and each pass allows one scan per day.
Where is will call?
The box office is at Lake Lorna Doone Park, at W Church St and Rio Grande, Orlando.
What is the camera policy?
Fixed-lens cameras and handheld video devices under 6 in are allowed; professional cameras are not.
