Where should I buy tickets?
Only through Front Gate Tickets; scalped tickets may be rejected at the door without a refund. The purchase limit is four tickets per person.
Can I transfer tickets?
You can buy for friends, but tickets become non-transferable once scanned.
I bought VIP but I'm under 21. What can I do?
VIP requires 21+. There are no refunds, but you can make an even exchange for GA through support or the box office.
Do you ship tickets internationally?
Tickets ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada; other buyers pick up at will call.
What if my ID is lost or expired?
Expired IDs are accepted only with DMV renewal documents. For a lost ID, bring a government-issued interim license or a passport.
What is the camera policy?
Fixed-lens cameras and handheld video devices under 6 in are fine. Professional cameras are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, at the venue during the event; items are moved off site afterward and searched through the Lost & Found page.
Can I hand out flyers?
