Where is the festival?

What are the box office hours?
15:00 to 22:00 on both festival days.
How are tickets delivered?
Tickets are emailed about two weeks before the festival; a two-day ticket is scanned at the gate each day.
Can I upgrade to VIP?
VIP upgrades may be available at the box office during the festival. Ultimate VIP and Space Deck upgrades are requested in advance by email to sales@teambreakaway.com.
Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
Transfers between individuals are allowed by changing the name and email on the ticket; Breakaway does not facilitate resale.
Are refunds available?
No. Breakaway has a strict no refund policy.
What happens in bad weather?
The festival is rain or shine. Severe weather may pause or postpone the event, and weather delays do not qualify for refunds.
Can I bring medically necessary food?
Yes. Medically necessary food is allowed, and diaper bags and breast pumps are exempt from bag size limits but still screened.
Is alcohol sold?
Beer and liquor are sold to guests 21+, alongside non-alcoholic drinks.
