Where is BOO Arizona held?

What are the box office hours?
The box office is open 17:00 to 01:00 on event days.
What happens at security?
Expect a TSA-style search including emptied pockets and bags, a full pat-down and possibly removing your shoes.
Can I smoke at the event?
No. WestWorld is a smoke-free facility, and cigarettes, vapes and lighters are prohibited; smoking leads to ejection.
How many tickets can I buy?
Tickets are limited to four per person, paid by credit or debit card.
When are mobile tickets delivered?
Tickets are emailed the week of the event; contact Front Gate Tickets if they have not arrived within a week of the event.
Are refunds available?
No refunds or exchanges.
Where is lost and found?
Lost items are collected at the WestWorld RV office and donated after 30 days.
