18+. 18+ to enter, with no exceptions for minors accompanied by a guardian; 21+ for alcohol and VIP. Valid photo ID required, and digital, school and consular IDs are not accepted.
Camping
No camping, and sleeping in cars or parking overnight is not allowed.
Re-entry
No in-and-out privileges.
Bags
Clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 in, clutches up to 6 x 9 in, and hydration packs with no more than two main compartments and one small one, empty on entry. Entry includes a TSA-style search.

Parking

Can I enter at any time?

Yes, with a valid, unscanned ticket, until one hour before the event ends.

Can someone under 18 attend with a parent or guardian?

No. No one under 18 is admitted.

I bought VIP but I'm under 21. What can I do?

VIP requires 21+. There are no refunds, but you can make an even exchange for GA through Front Gate Tickets or the box office.

Can I use a foreign driver's license or consular ID?

A foreign driver's license is accepted with a photocopy of your passport, and a foreign passport is accepted on its own. Consular IDs are not accepted.

What is the camera policy?

Fixed-lens cameras and handheld video devices under 6 in are fine. Professional cameras are prohibited.

How many tickets can I buy?

Up to four per person.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, at the venue during and between show days; after the event, items move to an off-site location.

Can I rent a locker?

Yes. Lockers are rented through the official locker site and include a phone charger.

How do afterparties work?

Afterparty tickets are sold separately, run 02:15 to 06:00, require a same-day festival ticket, and have no re-entry. Official shuttles do not serve afterparties.
