Dutch electronic duo comprising Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte Albers, who met in 2010 while working in the film industry. Their immersive yet accessible sound blends experimental techno, downtempo, and melancholy indie rock. Signed to Kompakt, they have released four studio albums: Weval (2016), The Weight (2019), Remember (2023), and Chorophobia (2025). Their self-titled debut was praised by Pitchfork as the rare electronic record that is so strong and obviously appealing that it cannot help but end up in the hands of casual listeners.
