Ten Years After are a British blues rock band formed in Nottingham in 1966, led by virtuoso guitarist Alvin Lee alongside bassist Leo Lyons, keyboardist Chick Churchill and drummer Ric Lee. The group rose to international fame after their blistering performance of "I'm Going Home" at the 1969 Woodstock Festival, captured in the festival film and soundtrack. Known for blending blues, hard rock and psychedelia, they scored hits like "Love Like a Man" and "I'd Love to Change the World" across landmark albums including Ssssh, Cricklewood Green and A Space in Time. After Alvin Lee's death in 2013, the band has continued with new lineups, remaining icons of the British blues rock movement.
