Preston Charles, aka SubDocta, is a US bass music and dubstep producer originally from Carson City, Nevada. He exploded onto the scene in 2017 with his single "2009 Was Tight", catching early support from Bassnectar. SubDocta is known for his signature sound dubbed "West Coast Wobble", paying tribute to his upbringing on the west coast of the US. He has released on Borgore's Fresh Blood imprint and Ganja White Night's SubCarbon Records, with his West Coast Wobble EP reaching #1 on the Beatport top 100 dubstep releases. He has supported major dubstep acts including Ganja White Night and Riot Ten on tour.
