ONHELL is the project of Los Angeles-based composer, producer, and DJ Angel Rubio-Hale. The name is a phonetic respelling of the Spanish pronunciation of "angel." Known for genre-fluid sets that merge bass, grime, breaks, jungle, dubstep, and club music, ONHELL has released on labels including Deadbeats, 1985, NAAFI, Terrorhythm, and Astrophonica. His live performances blend original beats, remixes, and edits into a signature multi-dimensional sound. He has toured extensively across the US and Asia, with festival appearances at Shambhala, Wakaan, Outlook Festival, Symbiosis Gathering, and Northern Nights, and has provided direct support for Alix Perez and The Glitch Mob.
