Nightmares on WaxFestival appearances

Nightmares on Wax is the recording project of George Evelyn, a Leeds-born DJ and producer who has been one of Warp Records's longest-serving artists since 1988. Blending downtempo, trip hop, hip-hop, dub, jazz, and soul, the project helped define the chill-out sound of the 1990s with landmark albums like Smokers Delight (1995) and Carboot Soul (1999). Now based in Ibiza, Evelyn continues to release critically acclaimed music and perform sunset sets that reflect his lifelong dedication to sonic exploration.
