London-born and raised in the south of France, Maesic (real name Emeric Boxall) is a DJ and producer who began making music at age 12. His 2018 debut single charted in the Spotify France Top 200, earning a DJ Mag France Best New Talent nomination. After relocating to Miami, he worked with Jennifer Lopez and became a key producer for Diplo, contributing to Major Lazer projects. His 2025 viral hit Life Is Simple (Move Your Body) featuring Marshall Jefferson and Salome Das amassed over 85 million streams, topped the Beatport Afro House chart, became the most Shazammed house track globally, and earned him Billboard Dance Rookie of the Month. He signed with WME for global representation in 2025.
