Kesha Rose Sebert is an American singer, songwriter, and performer born in Los Angeles on March 1, 1987. Raised in Nashville by her songwriter mother Pebe Sebert, she returned to LA at 18 to pursue music. Her 2009 debut single "TiK ToK" became the best-selling single of 2010. Known for blending electropop, dance-pop, and synth-pop with elements of rock, country, and hip-hop, she has released six studio albums including Animal (2010), Warrior (2012), Rainbow (2017), High Road (2020), Gag Order (2023), and her independent release Period (2025) on her own Kesha Records label.
