JanesitaFestival appearances

Chicago-born DJ and producer whose sets channel the energy of Chicago house and footwork alongside sounds from Mexico and across Latin America. Growing up between two countries and languages, Janesita shaped a style that moves fluently through house, reggaeton, Y2K, acid, juke, and global bass. She hosts Radio Muevelo, a bilingual program celebrating Latin American and BIPOC cultures on Lumpen Radio, and energizes dance floors at venues like Smartbar and Emporium Wicker Park.
