American electronic music producer Alexander Dennis, known as EPROM (named after the memory chip used in Oberheim synthesizers). Originally from New Hampshire, he began producing at age 13 and rose to prominence in the West Coast bass music scene. His sound spans dubstep, glitch, drum and bass, and acid house, earning recognition from Flying Lotus, DJ Shadow, and BBC Radio One. He collaborates with G Jones and produces as Shades with Alix Perez.
