Electric KifFestival appearances

Miami-based power quartet exploring the boundaries between rock, jazz fusion, and electronic music. Originally setting out to create their own genre — "postnuclear," or electronic music with analog instruments — Electric Kif captures the energy of cosmic funk, rock, soul, and jazz. The band features Rodrigo Zambrano (bass), Jason Matthews (keys), Armando Lopez (drums), and Eric Escanes (guitar). Starting from monthly residencies at Lagniappe in Miami, they grew into a nationally touring act with appearances at Rochester International Jazz Festival, Ground Up Music Festival, Bear Creek Festival, Hullaween, and more, sharing stages with Snarky Puppy, Tauk, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, and The Motet.
