Cannons is an American indie pop and dream pop band formed in 2013 in Los Angeles, consisting of lead vocalist Michelle Joy, lead guitarist Ryan Clapham, and keyboardist/bassist Paul Davis. Known for their blissed-out synthwave and shimmering analog production, they gained mainstream attention when their 2019 single "Fire for You" topped the Billboard Alternative Airplay chart in 2021 after being featured in the Netflix series "Never Have I Ever." They subsequently signed to Columbia Records and have released albums including Night Drive (2017), Shadows (2019), Fever Dream (2022), and Heartbeat Highway (2023).
